Wyatt's growing up..

This morning I was thinking about my little boy as he sat in the back seat of the truck talking my ear off on the way to school, asking me the most random questions and begging me to take him to get a doughnut, all I could think about is how is he such this little person already.

I know it is almost like cliche to say "they grow up so fast" becuase everyone says it but wow its just simply amazing. He is practically self sufficient when we wants to be, gets dressed on his own, can reach the sink to wash and brush his own teeth, reminds me to turn off the lights when we leave the house and tells me to go when its a green light! I am seriously in awe of him everyday, especially the way he deeply cares for his little sister. I love hearing him teach her about things and despite the fact that they fight he just loves her so much.

He told me today that its okay that sissy copies him , she just wants to be cool like he is ! haha!

The other weekend when we were at the Sportsman Expo walking around Josh and I were able to let Wyatt basically do all the cool kid stuff and I looked at him and said it feels like we were just here the other day saying and thinking I wish wyatt was big enough to enjoy this . He loves basically EVERYTHING! Hunting, Fishing, basketball, baseball, football, dirt bikes, rzrs, and doing "work". The best part about it is he remembers everything! Ask my four year old how to hook up your trailer and he will tell you not to forget to plug in the lights or lock the coupler! It KILLS me! Definetly something he got from his Dad ... I don't remember that stuff now!

This is Wyatt's Second season up on the kirkwood ski hill. We went to the Ski swap and got him some used skis and boots this year and he was PUMPED. Him and Grandma hit the mountain this past week and my little man is totally off the bunny hill and on chair 5! If you know Wyatt he is a little timid at first but once he gets the hang of things he is full force. He BOMBS down the mountain!

He loves hanging at the shop. He does Taxes, computer work, sales quads, filing .. you name it!

He also will sit with Josh at night at his desk and do invoicing and billing for hours.

I just love to see how he is growing , my little boy is just becoming so Grown and amazing me everyday!

So YEP I am totally bragging about my son today... I am SO one of THOSE moms! :)

He is a pill as well, I will never deny that but so blessed He calls me MOM!

Oh Sundays......

What a sunday! I love Sundays.. I know most people do but really there is just a sense of calmness on sundays that I LOVE. Today the kiddos and I embarked upon a lil 5K run in Elk grove with some friends of RSF crew. The run consisted of the EG automall and school.. very scenic and beautiful.. bahahah NOT! It was nice to have a run put on in Elk Grove tho , so I should not complain. The double BOB is getting heavier these days, with Wyatt growing like a weed his side is definetly harder for me to counterbalance with Kamrynns. They enjoyed putting me to the test this morning as well... yelling, fighting, attempting to bail out of the stroller ... needless to say not one of my most calm and peaceful runs but still felt good as always.

I will have to say tho I loved seeing some of the newer runners in my life do so well at the run. If you do run you know that amazing feeling you get when you run a little farther or faster then you have before its AMAZING and seeing them reach these points just makes me SMILE writing this.
There really is nothing like running, the runners high is something I yearn for and feel so blessed to have a body that I am able to experience it with. The past few years I have found some really great running buddies that have become some of the closest people in my life which probably why I do enjoy it even more. Running therapy ... great cleanse for this crazy brain of mine.

... meanwhile after the run the kids and I were jamming to church where I had the amazing plan to change in the car, which hey no big deal. Except for the fact that I forgot to pack my brush and makeup .... ITS CHURCH.. whoops. Not only was I "fake" clean.. I couldnt even cover up this face and hot mess of hair I had going on. Luckily my mama bear told me oh your silly you dont even need makeup.... gotta love moms they have to lie to you. Love her.

After church for some odd reason doesnt matter if you had eaten only one hour before you are always starving!! WHY is this? Its like you body just knows that hey its sunday, mom made dinner and you need to eat and then lay flat for a few hours. No matter what it just happens. Maybe its just that your body just finally knows you get to shut down for the afternoon and it is TOTALLY okay but honestly so glad it naturally happens. Another perk is my kids run WILD at my moms which means I dont have the mess.....

So I LOVE sundays! Church to reconnect and get on track for the week, Family all day, Meals , Rest and reminded of my amazing blessings.

Also this week just found some new recipes I am going to attempt ...
who am I? Recipes.. Thiriza is rubbing off on me to much :)

I like blogs, so why don't I write in Mine?

So, I was reading some blogs today, which I find myself doing all of the time alot of peoples that I know and some that I don't and I was kept thinking why don't I keep on my own blog?! Its such a great way to luck back on memories , document things, have fun posting and just a great way to express yourself... and what it all boils down to is WHO CARES if no one reads it or I am the WORST writer on this entire planet and post about BORING things it will be my blog.

I recently coarsed my friend to start a blog with a purpose for a fitness challenge and I was so overly excited to start helping her with her own posts and once again started thinking why aren't I writing in my own blog.

Okay so now I will once again VOW to starting documenting my life more then just FACEBOOK, I am so guilty of posting photos and life junk on facebook and forgetting or neglecting to do it anywhere else. I have these awesome scrapbooks (on my mac) if you know me I dont do the super creative stuff .. just all ready to print and make more and I need to get back on the stick of blogging and our family albums. No Excuses!

Kids are getting so big, Wy man age 4 just as active as active can be. Preschool everyday, shredding his dirtbike and quads, ponies, basketball, soccer and today we had our first Tball practice. I love his observant little personality I swaer if I could be as observant and great of a memory as him my days would be so much smoother. He is so tall and growing by the minute.

Miss Kamrynn Jade is 2 and half and she is the SASSY princess! She portrays herself as this girly girl with her purses and love for pink but watch her in action its a whole different story.

She calls the shots, pushes the boys around and knows how to wrestle. I love watching her personality unfold . She is a Daddys girl for sure.

Josh is still being his insane self working and pushing harder ... gotta love him for it.Maintaining about 100 head of Cattle most of the time "his hobby" and been blessed to stay busy on the construction side of things.

I have finally wore him down lately and he is on a health kick , which is fun for me to watch.

Being newly a "morm" has been fun to watch as well and been such a blessing for our family.

Rock Solid Fitness has really taken off and I am LOVING every minute of this opportunity.

Its funny that ists only been almost 2 years ago that I finally got enough courage to pursue actively training others and I am so glad that the things in my life played out the way they did to push me to do so. We are constantly growing but yet maintaining our small fitness family atmosphere and I just cant describe the HIGH I get from becomming close with all of my clients and really seeing them make these HUGE changes in their life. It MOTIVATES me everyday and I am so happy this endeavor keeps going!

I have been COOKING!!~~ SHOCKER~~\

But I am actually liking it a little bit.. well just the pure fact that we have food in the fridge like left overs is awesome! haha! Not to mention with not just me eating "crazy" and Josh on board it is almost a necessity.Cooking was on of my 10 goals for 2012 that I set with a 30 day challenge I am doing so far so good.

Up and Comming for Us...

I am taking the kids to go to vegas to visit CARLY in FEB! Can't wait, might get a little narley with us three handeling the plane and travel but I am sure we will get through it. We will be there to play for about 4 days, I got AMAZING deals on the flights -- all three of us for $200 TOTAL round trip.... yep just call be bargain shopper! JOSH is stoked he is too is getting a mini vacation from us! ... I know he is totally thinking that.

We are going to Hawaii in April with the Messersmith Fam! I am so excited to go !!

Josh has never been to Hawaii and I have only been to Maui years ago! EXCITED for the beach , relaxing and seeing the kids in the ocean!
