I like blogs, so why don't I write in Mine?

So, I was reading some blogs today, which I find myself doing all of the time alot of peoples that I know and some that I don't and I was kept thinking why don't I keep on my own blog?! Its such a great way to luck back on memories , document things, have fun posting and just a great way to express yourself... and what it all boils down to is WHO CARES if no one reads it or I am the WORST writer on this entire planet and post about BORING things it will be my blog.

I recently coarsed my friend to start a blog with a purpose for a fitness challenge and I was so overly excited to start helping her with her own posts and once again started thinking why aren't I writing in my own blog.

Okay so now I will once again VOW to starting documenting my life more then just FACEBOOK, I am so guilty of posting photos and life junk on facebook and forgetting or neglecting to do it anywhere else. I have these awesome scrapbooks (on my mac) if you know me I dont do the super creative stuff .. just all ready to print and make more and I need to get back on the stick of blogging and our family albums. No Excuses!

Kids are getting so big, Wy man age 4 just as active as active can be. Preschool everyday, shredding his dirtbike and quads, ponies, basketball, soccer and today we had our first Tball practice. I love his observant little personality I swaer if I could be as observant and great of a memory as him my days would be so much smoother. He is so tall and growing by the minute.

Miss Kamrynn Jade is 2 and half and she is the SASSY princess! She portrays herself as this girly girl with her purses and love for pink but watch her in action its a whole different story.

She calls the shots, pushes the boys around and knows how to wrestle. I love watching her personality unfold . She is a Daddys girl for sure.

Josh is still being his insane self working and pushing harder ... gotta love him for it.Maintaining about 100 head of Cattle most of the time "his hobby" and been blessed to stay busy on the construction side of things.

I have finally wore him down lately and he is on a health kick , which is fun for me to watch.

Being newly a "morm" has been fun to watch as well and been such a blessing for our family.

Rock Solid Fitness has really taken off and I am LOVING every minute of this opportunity.

Its funny that ists only been almost 2 years ago that I finally got enough courage to pursue actively training others and I am so glad that the things in my life played out the way they did to push me to do so. We are constantly growing but yet maintaining our small fitness family atmosphere and I just cant describe the HIGH I get from becomming close with all of my clients and really seeing them make these HUGE changes in their life. It MOTIVATES me everyday and I am so happy this endeavor keeps going!

But I am actually liking it a little bit.. well just the pure fact that we have food in the fridge like left overs is awesome! haha! Not to mention with not just me eating "crazy" and Josh on board it is almost a necessity.Cooking was on of my 10 goals for 2012 that I set with a 30 day challenge I am doing so far so good.

Up and Comming for Us...

I am taking the kids to go to vegas to visit CARLY in FEB! Can't wait, might get a little narley with us three handeling the plane and travel but I am sure we will get through it. We will be there to play for about 4 days, I got AMAZING deals on the flights -- all three of us for $200 TOTAL round trip.... yep just call be bargain shopper! JOSH is stoked he is too is getting a mini vacation from us! ... I know he is totally thinking that.

We are going to Hawaii in April with the Messersmith Fam! I am so excited to go !!

Josh has never been to Hawaii and I have only been to Maui years ago! EXCITED for the beach , relaxing and seeing the kids in the ocean!

So, if anyone is reading this... I will be writing more so check back, even if its to see if I failed at my vow!!!

My closet....

Seriously I know MOST all Females think the same thing while browsing the closet trying to find something to wear or more importantly when they are going on a trip... but HOW do I have a walk in closet full of CLOTHES that NONE of them I really want to wear or really even like!
Even more importantly why in the last 5 times that I have "cleaned my closet out" have I not thrown out all the sweaters from like HIGH SCHOOL, the jeans that have frayed bottoms or the MLLIONS of tshirts that I dont ever even get to wear. I am thinking that if I cleaned my closet for real I would be in SHOCK at how much empty space I would have left over rather then attempting to clean it out and saying that I could probably wear this someday! I also have that VERY TOP shelf going around the entire closet and it is PACKED of crap.. let me think of the last time I actually got on my step stool to see what was up there.. hmmmm YEARS?!?!
So my goal.. GUT this closet, seriously give all this nonsense cluttering up my closet/brain and I am guessing if anything comes out of this it will have an easy decission getting dressed... I will prob have like 5 choices!!

The beauty of working with your family.....

The beauty of this post about the beauty of working with your family is that about 2 HOURS ago I was so overly IRRITATED to be working with my family but the BEAUTY of it is that right now everything is A okay and moved on with. If you work with your family this might make a little more since but seriously on any given moment of any given day working with your family can either be ONE of the BEST things in the world or one of the most emotional moments ever, but the beauty of my family is that no mater how upset or mad we make eachother within a good half an hour we can somehow fix whatever was wrong and manage to finish the day being friends again. I think is primarily has so much to do with the fact that unlike a normal J-O-B this is our life, we eat, breathe, think and live this place and everyone is whole heartly invested in bring the best we can to make it all work it is hard not to have minor or major breakdowns (esp from this girl). There is no Sticking it to the man , calling in sick when you aren't really sick, or just getting by because everyday I feel as if I want to Do the BEST I can for not the business but my family. I know it goes the same for all of most of the people that work in small businesses or family businesses but I guess what I am getting at is that I feel LUCKY today to be able to work shoulder to shoulder with the people that I care more about then anyone in the world.
Family is what this life is all about and tohave the opportunity to be together no matter how mad we get or sick of "shop talk" we are I am thankful that my life took the turn to be doing this with them. I love that I am able to bring my two little "trailer trash" in the making babies here to spice up the days and tests the ropes like I did growing up but really happy that they will get the knowledge and experience of work at a young age and get to experience the behind the scenes details and energy invensted in a business. I know it brought a light to my eyes as I got older and I hope the my kids can have the same experiences.

So the moral of this little story is .... 1. Trevor I am not mad at you for making me cry today... ahaha... 2. So grateful for my parents who have taught me so many things but more inportantly for having the patience to teach me everyday and be patient enough to let me grow and better their business 3. Grateful for family lunches packed in moms office 4. Our stupid little fights or DEFENSE modes just because we hate to admit that we could of done something wrong or hurtful to this precious little place we call " the shop" 5. Thankful for the lessons I will continue to learn and the arguements, hugs, tears, sales, praise, and time I have to be here working with my FAMILY!

ohhh January!

Jan-- how did you get here so quickly, because if I remember correctly back in November I had promised myself I would be keeping up on my blog.. and then somehow its JAN and yep no posts! Christmas was great, it was was the first year that Wyatt
actually understand the whole Christmas concept. The spiritual side of baby Jesus birth and the importance of that (well sort of understood), Santa was a concept he finally fully understood but def didnt want anything to do with him when it came to sitting on his lap or taking pictures. He did manage to give him a high five while he told him what he wanted for chirstmas... but most importantly he was ALL ABOUT opening presents and what present was next! It was fun to see him get so excited about it all, making cookies, christmas caroling with Karol, his preschool christmas program, decorating the tree.. the whole sha bang. He was completly spoiled rotten as usual and the majority of it all wasn't even from us! He now keeps asking me when the next time we will be going to sleep and santa will be coming to visit. My wy guy getting so old and knows what seems like EVERYTHING! He is such an intent listener and watches everything that is going on in his surroundings, his attention for detail amazes me, especially my KID , you know me and what a spazz I am! He is such a good big brother always caring for her sister wondering about what she is doing, what she is going to eat for snack, where her babies are... truley her keeper.

This year for christmas she finally got some girl toys! Babies, dress up clothes, crowns, cribs, high chairs, the works! She still loves following Wyatt around the house yelling him and doing everything he does and loves taking showers, organizing her cards and toys adn my baby girls loves to snack! She is already 19 months old and is just becomming a little big girl!

I am excited to see what this year has to offer for our family! We already got the great news that Thiriza is prego and I get to be an auntie ! Wohoo! I am hoping that business stays busy on all levels of my life with Josh, Cal Custom, and with my new rock solid fitness training. I am seriously loving EVERY minute of how it is going , the people I get to work with and see change, and the new things I get to learn as well go along!
Taking a girls weekend trip this weekend to Seattle! I am excited to get away with my friends and have a great time!!!

I will blog more.. I promise! If this is supposed to be my "journal" then I definetly need to be better at it!!!

Alan Jackson, Football Game and some Oysters...

Wow what a whilwind weekend we had .. TONS of fun but I have to admit this 26 year old runs out of gas so much quicker then the good ole days!

Thursday Night we were lucky enought to head to Arco to See the Alan Jackson concert with Shannon and her gang :0 Josh and I. DO YOU REALIZE HOW MANY HITS Alan Jackson HAS?! I t was insane ... I guess he has been in the Biz for EVER but WOW I didn't realize that every other song on country radio was by "AJ" as Josh was referring to him :0 Fun Fact: Alan Jackson has had more the 20 Number one singles and 20 more Top Ten hits all in the first 12 years of his career... It was cute he told the story of how his career had started he was about to give up singing cause his wifey was due with their first little one and then he finally got a hit! THIS DUDE is so LOADED... that was also a major topic of convo while Josh and I were singing to the tunes
The concert was also Chris Young and the Band Perry! They both were great performers and LOVED THEIR new songs.. not to mention Chris Young isn't to bad to look

Friday Night Wyatt, Shannon, and I made it over the The Warriors Stadium to watch the Big Galt High vs. Liberty Ranch football game. Thiriza is coaching the Liberty Ranch Varsity Cheerleading team and I have been trying to get to a game to watch.. I know cheerleading right.. haha, but the girls looked AMAZING, there halftime def set the bar HIGH for cheerleading :0

I did feel kind of like a TRADER as I walked over to the "visitors" side of the stadium and sat on the LIberty Ranch cheering section... but I have to admit I was cheering for the Galt team a bit, hey I am Alumni I gotta support my roots !!! Wyatt loves watching Football , he really wanted to know why his "Pudha" , Trevor wasn't out there playing. He has watched Trevor Play in college and then recently in the Alumni game and didn't understand why he couldn't play in this game! Too cute! Wyatt also informed me he will be playing half back .... my kid , someone tells him on e thing and he retains it all !



The annual Tri Tip and Oyster Feed was on Saturday night!

It is always a good time, although it is crazy to think that it has been over 8 YEARS that I was wearing that blue jacket serving out oysters as fast as possible for tips !!! It is fun to see so many people from the little "galt" country community. I am so happy that I was able to be apart of the FFA in High School I really believe it brings so much to the High School experience as well as brings connections and life skills for the future. So.. THANKYOU to my AG Teachers . I do hope that the program is still going strong when my kiddos are that age, it is just something different then sports or your typical extra curricular activites.

"I DON'T KNOW"

I was just pondering a REALLY bad habit that I am doing way to much... the words " I don't Know"... totally a COPOUT to not answer questions, avoiding extra work , and me being LAZY! Seriously, I have been catching myself telling Wyatt " I don't know"... Now It is probably after he has asked me 30 to 40 questions in a row and most of them being "why?!?!" but I know he is just wanting to take in as much as possible and me saying I don't know is LAME!! Same goes with work sometimes, Rather then stepping out of my little sales and finance box to help out in other ways I used the I dont know... to get out of it! SO NEW GOAL..... " I DO KNOW.. and IF I DON't I CAN FIND OUT! " .... So if you catch me , call me on it!

THis week will be crazy , getting ready to go to Disneyland and then turkey day festivities!!

October has come and gone!

The Last Week of October was a WHIRLWIND of FUN!!

WOW, did October seriously already come and go?!

Halloween was a ton of fun with the kids this year! We started the HALLOWEEN WEEKEND on friday with Wyatt having his Preschool Party during the day and then that evening going to a festival with Trevor and Thiriza. Wyatt decided he would be Mickey Mouse Wizard.. I know why isnt my kid something like typical.. :). Not my WY GUY! Kamrynn was two different costumes this year, starting off with her adorable candy Corn witch costume that Gma Wana got for her.

Then she turned into a cat for Halloween night that Julie got for her, Yes she is SPOILED!

Saturday night we went to the Church "TRUNK OR TREAT" which was fun with games and then all the cars in the parkinglot that the kids got to go trunk to trunk to.

Sunday evening we went over to the Whitford's home to do some real trick or treating!

Well November is here and the HOLIDAYS have begun! I am happy about that just can;t believe they are here already!

My goal.. ONLINE SHOPPING, get it done early and best prices, so I shall begin that trek!

Josh was gone hunting for a few weeks , got home right before halloween which was nice, he shot a 4 by 5 buck that he is proud of, although I don't really care how proud he is , it WONT be in the living room!

I had a awesome birthday getting to spend time with my Mama most of the day , the suprised by Thiriza and Shannon with mani and pedis and then a SUPRISE dinner with all the most amazing people in my life to celebrate! The day went from what I thought would just be a "nice" day to AMAZING! Thanks to Mom , Thiriza and Shannon for all of it!

26 on the other hand.. UGHHH! Seriously I swear I am like 23 ... NOPE on the DOWNHILL slope to 30! Well I guess I should be counting my blessings for how lucky I am at 26!'

This needs to continue......

So I have decided that I suck at journals and I was doing really good for a while at updating our blog, so new goal.... UPDATE my blog Once a week, reguardless of what it may be update it! Second goal will to be printing it and putting it all in a book... I am sure someone will want to read it someday.. maybe?!? Hahah!

So rather then trying to go back months and months of all that I missed I figured I would just start fresh again, the thought of going back makes me NOT want to blog so today, October 23, 2010 it begins.

Wyat is 3 and Half... yes he is closer to 4 now and that just literally makes me almost tear to write! Why is my little boy growing so quickly! Preschool, Sleep Overs, Soccer teams, raod trips by himself with his grandparents!!! Not to mention that my son has the insane memory bank, he watches you do something once, from assembling a toy atv to where I would set something he remembers the exact spot! He is my little partner in crime loves working on projects inside and outside of the house. Still in love with Mickey Mouse Club House tv show and loves to shake his "budha" to all his favorite JAMS! He still loves coming to the shop and helping out on the forklift and checking in the parts! He is Mr. Hands on all the time, he loves to work on dirtbikes with his PA and moto around on his RZR.
Kamrynn Jade is 16 Months old and such a Miss Indepenent! Her favorite thing is definetly following Wyatt around yelling his name and copying his every move, shooting guns, playing cars, jumping off couches , you name it she isn't scard! It is crazy how different the two are, Wyatt was always good about staying close to me at work or when we were out and about not little Miss Kam Bam.. every other minute she can be found trying to sneak out to the back shop or running away from me as fast as she can at the store! I am in LOVE with my baby girls hair! Blessed with quite a bit from day one its is getting so long with these natural curls that when she has pig tails in its these perfect little ringlets! Most of the time she is a perfect little mess most of the time and her newly accuired budha belly is the best! She has gone from being a petite lil thing to staying pretty small to staying small with this adorable lil belly, its the cutest!!!

She is talking a bit normal stuff like mama, dada, papa, wyatt, dog, drink, and will usually copy things we say to her. I feel like the time with her has gone even faster then it did with Wyatt just cause we are double to busy but she is a good little snugglier when she feels like and I will take every moment possible.

I finally took the leap and made it official with health and fitness training. I am loving every minute of this new adventure in my life. I love working with my clients and actualyl seeing results and goals achieved and just being a part of it all. Thiriza and I tackled the training together because it is one of many things that we have in common and I see a bright future with it all. I am excited to learn more and it feels great to learn about something I seem to never get bored with!

Josh stays busy as ALWAYS! Construction has been hit or miss, its either crazy busy with work or a week or two with down time, but down time for Josh means he gets to focus even more on his other love... His Cows! He put it all out there recently with his cows to see if it would be something that could realyl work for us and he has been doing an amazing job with it. So he typically goes to a few sales a week to buy and sell cattle and right now has been planting a few fields for hay. It is now something that he can also take Wyatt along with him so it is great to see them bond over " their cows". Josh is currently Hunting in Idaho, for what seems to be FOREVER.. hehe, its only been like 8 days but he isnt planning on returning for another 10 , so needless to day he better get a GOOD buck and be ready to be on his best behavior when he returns :)

I recently was blessed with the opportunity to go down to Mexico for some amazing treatments for my lil buddy "r.arthritis" ... I have been feeling a million times better with the supplements and treatments that I was able to do down their with my doctor and so happy that I can say I feel Pretty GOOD! :0

Last but not least, Last weekend I was able to finish the Woman's Nike Marathon in SanFrancisco with some of my closest friends. Us girls headed down Saturday afternoon to kick off the race in downtown Union Square where Nike took over the city. It was an amazing experience and I am so happy that WE DID IT! Thiriza and I reached a whole new level of LOVE and ENDURANCE with one another as we trotted along for 26.2 miles of San Francisco's sights, Starting in down town, heading through the piers, up a Few BIG hills over to the Ocean Coast.

The rain started about mile 6 or 7 not to heavy but by the end we were definetly a hot mess and cold to the bone! I was a bit emotional towards the last 2 miles or so, seeing that the end was so near and I just felt this overwhelming "in awe" that we actually DID IT!!

Trevor and Mom were there at the finish to help us hobble back to the cars and warm up!

Shannon who rocked the 13.1 Half with us was there to bring us back to life and her support was amazing! I guess in life you have some of those defining moments and this was definetly one of them, it was clear who I was, what I could accomplish, who was just as important to me as I was to them and most importanly so grateful to my Heavenly Father for blessing me with a healthy body and strong will to get where I want to be.

So, Moral of the story, Life has been crazy busy BEAUTIFUL and I am glad to be living it everyday! I will be back again soon... within 7 days to maintian this new goal of mine!
